Founded in 2014 by Adrian Stiefel and Alison Bourgeois, Stiefel, Irvin & Associates is a strategic communications consulting firm based in Geneva.

We benefit from proven know-how in the fields of institutional, event and cultural communication, whether for the private, public or non-profit sector.

We provide support, advice and added value in situations of change, crisis or image optimization. We support you in the development of communication strategies and plans, as well as during brand reorganizations and redefinitions.

Depending on your needs, we can intervene for an assessment, a training programme, strategic advice or support in operational communication. We also collaborate with a large network of partners and specialized professionals to offer you turnkey projects.

AUDIT & EVALUATION

Analysis before action is sometimes necessary. We conduct audits and evaluations of your communication. Surveys, individual or group interviews, analysis of the competitive environment and other tools will allow us to analyze whether your positioning and your communication meet your objectives.

Situations of institutional reorganization, image optimization, or impactful campaigns require a global strategic vision. We provide advice and support in strategic communication in each of these situations. COPYWRITING

Every word counts and we have a taste for words. So that you can benefit from your turnkey communication media, we manage from A to Z the copywriting, design and production of your internal and external documents, such as leaflets, brochures, reports, press kits, or even content for your digital platforms.

MODERATION & FACILITATION

Listen. Share. Swap. This is also communication. The use of an external person is sometimes necessary to facilitate your exchanges. We act as a moderator or facilitator during your meetings to facilitate dialogue within teams, the emergence of collective intelligence and decision-making.

ADRIAN STIEFEL

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Adrian has held senior positions in communication agencies, as well as in the management teams of cultural and humanitarian festivals and events.

With more than 15 years of experience in the field of communication, he has worked in the sectors of art and culture, luxury, philanthropy, biotech and finance, but also social action and the humanitarian sector.

His areas of expertise are strategic corporate communication, public relations, media training, crisis management and change management, facilitation and moderation of round tables.

Enjoying a multicultural background and an eclectic professional career, Adrian has worked as a musical agent for international artists and is the founder and manager of the Antenne LGBTI Genève, cantonal office of the Protestant Church of Geneva for LGBTIQ+ issues. He has lived in Portugal, the United States, England and Switzerland and devotes his free time to travelling, writing and running.

CHLOÉ BITTON

PARTNER & SENIOR CONSULTANT

Chloé has more than 15 years of experience in communication, both in the private and associative sectors. She was notably PR manager in a communication agency and director of communication for several non-governmental organizations.

Since 2017, she has supported our clients during audit, change management and strategic development processes. Chloé brings her expertise to the redefinition of brands and communication strategies. She facilitates decision-making processes and offers coaching to the teams she supports.

An ethnologist by training, Chloé is interested in the diversity of cultures in all their forms. In her spare time, she devours books, roams museums, breathes in nature – when she’s not trying out new recipes or doing yoga with her family.

ALISON BOURGEOIS

STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Alison was communications director for several publicly quoted as well as private international companies. She benefits from over 25 years of experience in corporate communication in Switzerland, France and the United States.

Alison’s expertise in strategic communication, crisis management, change management, media relations, digital and financial communication, has been acquired in sectors as varied as transport, automobile, IT, services and entertainment.

A keen runner, Alison’s discipline and perseverance has put her on the podium of many national and international masters athletics championships. She shares with her family her passion for sport as well as her love for gastronomy and travel.
